Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. A 15% handling fee will be charged for all returned and ordered items.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused, at the client’s expense.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, including the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is returned due to damage or defect. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be received in original packaging, in new condition, and without damage (e.g., cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt on components like tires or armrests).

In-store Purchases:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, unused, and with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returns must be made to MedQ Supplies within 7 days for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items:

Open box items.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Items returned without prior notification.

Capital equipment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Clearance (Scratch & Dent) Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Items can only be replaced if defective or damaged.

Return Shipment:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless MedQ Supplies made an error.

Follow all return-shipping instructions provided with your Return Authorization number.

If an item is returned to the wrong address, additional shipping fees may apply.

We strongly recommend insuring returned items against shipping loss or damage.

Cancelled Orders on Capital Goods:

Capital equipment (items with serial numbers) carry a one-year guarantee from the date of sale.

Cancelled orders or incorrectly ordered items will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Terms & Policies:

Prices and products are subject to change due to market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors.

MedQ Supplies is not responsible for manufacturer price changes.
